About Jean
Jean is a California Continuing Education Provider for L.Ac.'s; and she has been a California licensed primary care provider in since 1985.
She ran her multi-disciplinary clinic in Pleasant Hill, CA for many years, helping patients using acupuncture, acupressure, shiatsu, Chinese herbal remedies, special diets, and qigong exercise. Her mentor was Miriam Lee, the pioneer Acupuncturist who pushed through landmark legislation to legalize acupuncture as a medical profession in California in 1976, thus leading the way for the introduction of Chinese Medicine into the USA. Jean retired from private practice; her office was sold in 2007. Jean has been teaching qigong in the Las Vegas area where she relocated.
Jean is an experienced wellness teacher and has extensive experience teaching various types of alternative wellness courses. Jean is available to teach group or individuals, and also offers continuing education courses for OMD's.
